Technician was on time. I happened to witness him cleaning out a duct vent without having the suction on the vent. When I pointed that to his attention, he said oh “ it’s Monday” and hooked up the suction. Several of the vent covers were not put on properly. He missed a vent in our bedroom, once I pointed that out to him, he did go back and clean that one.
