Dom, first of all was very friendly and Courteous. The room with the color spots on the floor, I understood may not come out completely due to the unknown nature of the stain. However, there were two spots a green and red similar to the larger stain which looked to have been missed. There were a couple areas stairs included shown in the pictures I submitted that too were missed. Always on time and do excellent work he’s been doing our carpets since they opened the business in the panhandle for several years now always pleased with there commitment to excellence and made sure work is done right the first time that’s very hard to get these days seems like!

Grant and his team are phenomenal. I had a septic back up into the basement of a rental property and rapid care handled demo and restoration quickly, even with the headache of tenants to work around. Hopefully I won't require their services again, but if I do I'd choose them every time!
