Not reliable. Receptionist endorsed that she never knew where her technician was a day before he actually showed up. Called back a second time after waiting for most of the day for response and was met with unprofessional and awkward response on the telephone, cutting me off before I even had a chance to speak. Hired someone else that did the job efficiently, extremely affordable and timely. Not the same company they were years ago.
Bill did not even say what work was performed. Poor billing.
I cannot say enough about the promptness and quality of service that we received from Haberli Electric. Keith was at our house in Trumbull by 8am. He had our issue diagnosed and fixed within 30 minutes. He was kind, attentive, and extremely helpful. Will definitely recommend them and use them again.
Wonderful company!! Would not do business with anyone else.
