good company, always help with the plumbing situation when the needs arise.
I am writing this complaint to help potential customers of this company. First, the company sent an employee not qualified for the job to my house. He had trouble locating and identifying the problem, which was straightforward in this field. When he finally found it, he said it was not his responsibility to fix the issue, which was incorrect. After some effort, he attempted to repair it but didn't have the necessary parts. I had to keep paying him while he drove to get the part, which should have been in his truck. The part ... read more
Very bad service from the plumbing department. After coming 3 times to fix my toilet it still didn't work and the 4th time he never showed up. Waisted my whole day !! Very disappointed 😞
Worked with them for years for all our AC, plumbing and electrical needs. I know we can relay on them so always recommended them to our property management accounts and real estate clients.
