Eric referred me to a low-voltage electrician he knew. After receiving a deposit, the contractor stopped participating in the project while we were waiting for permits and later informed us that he would no longer perform the work. The low voltage contractor acknowledged in writing that the deposit had to be refunded and provided multiple refund dates, but those dates passed without payment being made.
