Amazing! Outstanding! Remarkable experience. My son and I had appointments the day before Thanksgiving. Dr. Draves although we were first time patients, Dr. Draves listened tentatively to our concerns, took notes, made suggestions and referrals and recommendations were given. He is everything the reviewers say he is and I'm so thankful he's now my family healthcare provider. My messages to the doctor, Gene Draves and NP, Christina Moulder were not sent over by their call representatives on multiple occasions. Tried to file a complaint and they would not return my calls. Was lied to twice by front desk and Christine Moulder.
I have been seeing Dr Gene for several years and he has always had the time to explain everything to me and works works with me I would recommend him and his staff to anyone his office is great
Takes his time with you, listens to you, makes everything very clear. Always works with you. Been a patient for many years.
