Had everything arranged with this guy, proposals, forms, even bought all the materials and scheduled the job. Then he backed out with a text message, telling me because his car got damaged on my street (highly unlikely) he didn’t want the job and left me high and dry. Beware.
This company never finished the job and billed me for the whole job which paid and asked him to finish. He never did and then told my neighbors that I did not pay my bill. I trusted him but shame on me for being that trusting.
