I love living here. Ive never rented a more beautiful and peaceful apartment. I just cannot express how happy I am renting from this company.
I am writing to warn anyone trying to get an apartment here. I had moved in with my ESA animal and was making payments on time and we were quiet. Out of nowhere we had received a text from Emily Grunderson that we need to leave. I asked why and she stated “In ND a reason isn’t needed” I had pleaded and begged for her to let us stay. Stuff constantly get stolen from 225 stone creek dr in deteoit lakes and management does NOTHING about it!!!! Don't rent here!!!
I wish I could give zero stars. I rented from them for 2 years. Truthfully, the 2 years were fine. I had no complaints. I just moved out a couple of weeks ago and they are trying to charge me for holes in the walls from hanging things up, but in the two years I lived there, I never hung a thing on the wall. I was barely even there; I am a very busy person and travel a lot. Minor scuffs and paint chips are also being marked and I'm sure they are going to try to say the whole place needs to be repainted. They took my entire security deposit and also charged me another $1750 on top of that. They claimed a complete unit repaint and complete unit carpet replacement was necessary when there was nothing wrong with either when we moved out. They also harassed us to move out early for what I now believe was so that they could replace all these things and then charge us for it. They said they would prorate the month we moved out early and add it to our deposit refund, but they did not as it seems they were too focused over charging ... read more
