I rented with these people for 3 years and every time I requested maintenance it took a couple weeks to even get someone to check on it. It took them 2 whole months for them to even reply for one maintenance request and they didn’t even do anything and submitted as finished, and pretty sure since it’s a heating element in the wall they should get it fixed immediately. The lady is very harassing through emails and texts. She will holler at you like you're a child, threaten to evict you, accuse you of everything she can think of. She has accused me of smelling up her building with marijuana, when it was finally discovered it was coming from other tenants. Very controlling lady, very harassing, once she develops an issue with you she will keep on looking for something to accuse you of. It's best to rent from another company or you will be harassed via emails and texts messages.
Do yourself a favor and find another management company to rent from. Issues may arise such as but not limited to: mold, harassment, weird rules, etc. Have a nice day! :)
