I love living here. Ive never rented a more beautiful and peaceful apartment. I just cannot express how happy I am renting from this company.
I am writing to warn anyone trying to get an apartment here. I had moved in with my ESA animal and was making payments on time and we were quiet. Out of nowhere we had received a text from Emily Grunderson that we need to leave. I asked why and she stated “In ND a reason isn’t needed” I had pleaded and begged for her to let us stay. She let us stay for a bit longer and then again — out of nowhere, we were told we had to leave, except this time we had 2 days to get everything out and leave.
