UPDATE: I was never told the Panel would need replacing nor that the bus was fried until 5 months later. Also the new Electrician didn't say it was an emergency but that the reason the breakers overloaded was because the bus was fried and if I didn't replace the panel I would need to replace the breakers every few months. The new election was the first to metnion that the bus was fried and should be relaced, not EFI, who didn't mention it.
