Horrible company they try everything to charge extra and customers service is Horrible plus the owner is always in court trying to sue money the didn't receive unfair charges. Please don't use this company they will give you one bill and more bills that they didn't do the job for bunch of crooks
Wish there was a "zero stars" option. Terrible customer service. Rude & abusive staff from technicians to head of finance. I just got off the phone w/ that guy. They sent me a bill "120 days past due" for a preventative maintence contract I never established. His explanation was that the contract is w/ the address... not the owner...? How does an address start a contract.. & how, then, was the bill/acct in my name, if the contract was with the previous owner? He spoke over me the entire conversation.
