We called this company right after lunch, Dan was here by 5:00 p.m. This is our first septic system, so Dan gave my husband a septic 101 lesson. He told us on the phone, first have it pumped out to see if that is the issue and sure enough that solved our problem. He saved us money - by waiting to see if we needed a plumber. We had put a steel post by the cover, to prevent the lid being hit and easy location.
