Buyer beware: I came in today to exchange some thorogood boots I’d purchased 3 days prior, I needed a half a size smaller. I’d been told by the cashier when I purchased them to take them home and wear them around the house and I could return within 14 days if anything was wrong with the fit, I was concerned because I’m a EEE wide and they didn’t have any width sizes. My boyfriend and I recently visited the store looking for a specific type of work boot, and the service was fantastic ! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable i believe their names were Tonja + Grace. These two helped us find the perfect pair that met all the safety requirements for our job.
