This company has no customer service at all the lady at the front desk is very rude and the people who prepare taxes are very rude and they don’t know how to do taxes do not use this company at all

Been coming here past three years and CONSISTENTLY professional, always on time with a good attitude. After reading last (very few) bad reviews, I’ve realized personally that most of the people complaining are mad cause of factors that don’t involve EE. Like bro, you’re mad cause the bank didn’t open the drive through at 9? How is it the EE tax fault? Lol. Great place, genuinely good people. They take pride in their work.
