Filed taxes with them, which I had red flags from the beginning but I really needed to file my taxes for 2 years. Once I gave them all my information it was impossible to get a hold of anyone. I emailed and called finally I had to leave work early and go in the office. They filed my taxes literally in front of me. I chalked it up to them being busy. Come to get my taxes done, you know being a tax office and all… they can’t do my taxes for me because “it’s a weird year for them”… I’m confused?
I've used several Tax & Financial Service Professionals over the last 25 years. EE Tax has been the absolute best! I've been a loyal customer for the last 10+ years and don't plan on going anywhere else. Dinah and Team Rock!
Dina was incredibly unprofessional and rude. Shocking to think she has access to people’s personal information. Please don’t use this company if they allow people like her to work there !
Very rude customer service. Didn’t actually go here, I went to a place next door and they refused to let me park there for less than 10 minutes so I could drop off my animals at the vet. They had 10 open spots and every other lot was full, they had absolutely no customers ( no surprise there) and threatened to call the police moments after pulling into the parking spot. Can confirm… we were at the vet for less than 7 minutes… they still had no customers arrive in that time frame. I think they should focus on making a better ... read more
