Refinanced a mortgage and used E&E for title and was working with RicMarie. 16 days after the refinance, they still did not fund the loan. If it wasn't for me receiving notifications from the mortgage company following up with RicMarie, the loan would've been delayed. Although they took full ownership and covered fees, be aware and stay on to ensure everything is funded.
