Terribly noises 600am neighbors
On Wednesday September 2, 2020 on the 4 highway headed east at 2:40 PM this truck was driving irresponsibly. As soon as I turned on my left blinker this person proceeded to speed up so that I cannot get in but there was a huge gap so I was able to get in no problem. This truck then decided to speed past me on my right going at least 90 mph then he got stuck up ahead & just when I was about to past him on the left they then cut me off almost hitting me.
