Very easy to work with, and they delivered the rental car directly to the Tillamook airport for us.
Pricey when paying out of pocket for mediocre work. A little sneaky with the quotes. Unclear on what they fix until it’s done and paid. Rush you out the door to get paid and then when you get the car back and not everything is fixed they will say you didn’t read the notes. Would add an extra star if they are more clear on what they’re fixing instead of saying it’s on the paper. Not everyone can read car terms. Customer service could be better. Lady in the front needs help because the phone is always ringing. Not happy.
I rarely 'do' reviews. However, this place and Roy are the best. 6 months after major repairs, my car is perfect. I live here, a tourist hit my car really bad. Roy and his staff made it brand new again. With as much damage done, I thought it was important to wait after a repair to review. Besides matching the paint, body work, the high tech mirrors. This place (Roy) and his staff were exceptional. Thank you! FISH ON!
Fantastic service! Repaired our damaged vehicle quickly AND dealt with the insurance. They made the process painless and the car looks like nothing happened. Highly recommend Roy and the team at E&E Auto!
