Our family has always had the best service from E & E! The owners and staff have always gone above and beyond to ensure we are satisfied. I would highly recommend them; they are a great asset to our small community.
Lady at the front desk does not know what customer service is! Set up an appointment for an alignment for my truck was told over the phone that I would need to leave the truck there on the morning of the alignment. I called and the lady who is at the front desk answered. I explained to her that I could not get a ride and then I would just wait there until the alignment was done as it was somewhere between an hour to an hour and a half appointment. FOR A VERY SELECT CLIENTEL ONLY- THEY WANT CASH! In December 2025 I hired these people to do a $2500 repair on my daughter's car. There was the usual preliminary talk, an estimate, some scheduling discussions, and we turned the car over for repairs. At no time was there any discussion about payment methods.
