I’m a property investor and no stranger to hiring plumbers — but this experience was outrageous. They charged more than we agreed on, refused to explain the extra fees, and never followed up despite promising a callback. On top of that, it looks like they’re running Google ads pretending to be Bairds Drain Service, which is downright deceptive.
