Do not use e dennis for anything, in the past couple years I used them for new heat/ac units in 2 of my houses, I was supposed to have 10 yr warranty, I signed up for the service plans with both houses ,then e dennis left me high and dry they sold out to trinity heat and air. They came out wanted me to purchase their maintenance. Plan,they said it would cancel the manufacturer warranty on my systems if I didn't purchase their plan. I requested a service call for conversion of furnace and stove from LP to NG . Appointment scheduled, day of appointment plumber shows up checks stove and says HVAC would have to come for the furnace and he had annotated when he received his service calls that day. No one ever showed for the furnace. No one ever called about the stove. It was as if I never called for an appointment. When I called in they told me they don't do that type of work. Im a guy from newnan thats witnessed one of there drivers speeding thru newnan ga on 2/25/26 @9am speeding doing well over 70mph in a 55mph zone came up on my ass in a school zone speeding and running red lights and everything put everyone else's life in danger I have a 2 month old daughter in the vehicle with me if he was to have hit me I would have sued him plus the company yall need to put samsara camera in yalls vans so yall can track there speed and everything theres no reason for him to speed like he did that one guy c... read more

I do not recommend this company to anyone. I went with E Dennis because water was dripping from my vents and I was going out of town that weekend. I was told I needed a HVAC system (not a huge surprise) and that it could be fully installed next day. The technicians and the installers were always very nice when they came over. Jehran, Brayden, and Chris were all great, special shoutout to Colin who went above and beyond both time he was sent out.
