Can’t say enough about this company and their technician, Alain Davis, that came here. The receptionist at E. Dennis was great in scheduling the appointment due to the urgency of the situation and Alain notified us when he would be arriving. E. Dennis has a very personable and dedicated employee and I would recommend they do whatever it takes to keep him on.
John Jordan was very helpful and thorough with the repair and for future maintenance tips! Absolutely would recommend to anyone.
1st time customer of E.Dennis HVAC,in Peachtree City, Ga. and I was very happy with both the telephone contact, Kimberly, in the office, as well as service mechanic, Donald Lindall. Both were very courteous and professional. Kimberly was able to schedule next day service for me. Jake was exceptional, informative, and made us feel at ease. He explained everything in layman's terms which allowed us to make a decision on the work we needed done. He didn't recommend things we didn't need. He made great suggestions and gave us ideas so we could make an informed decision.
