Brandon Davis came to our home to do a check on our furnace. It was our first heat turn-on for the fall season. Brandon arrived on time. He was very pleasant and explained everything to us in a way that we could understand. We hope that if we need any assistance in the future that Brandon will be our technician.
Colin Hendrix was our technician. He's courteous, professional and knowledgeable & has excellent customer service. He's our preferred HVAC tech. Angela in the main office is great also. She's been our go to person for years.
Demetrius and Mason were fantastic. Demetrius went through every part of my plumbing system and gave recommendations I didn’t know I needed. Mason looked over my HVAC system making sure everything was working perfectly. Both extremely personable and genuine. I appreciate everyone at E. Dennis including the dispatcher Kristen, who continuously worked with me and my schedule over text!
Brandon Davis came by and got the heat fixed right away!
