Yes, it can rain all it wants to now, that is something I could never say before! My 120 year old building, had so many water issues you can not believe! The basement used to flood so bad when it rained my employees had to wear life jackets! OK well not that bad but close! When E & D Excavating took on the job, I was so thankful.
