They never answer
I come to pay my taxes because it’s supposed to be open from 9 AM Monday through Friday to 4 PM Monday through Friday. I’m here 9 AM. Nobody’s here I call and they tell me I have to wait until 12 for somebody to show up. Why have your orders of operation from 9 to 4 if you’re only gonna show up from 12 to 4 bad service
phone representative is either not having a good day or needs to work on his customer service. i get being frustrated at work but you are dealing with people’s taxes, we are also frustrated and your attitude does not help🙄
If "normal business hours" are from 8:30 am EST, why is the office closed at 9am? I tried calling and get an "Office is closed - call back during normal business hours." Terrible service - even tried to make my tax payment in person on Tuesday 8/13 (between 1 and 4 PM) as stated on my tax bill. Guess what... there was a sign on the door stating the office was closed. I had to put my payment through a mail slot. Is there ANYone at this office to answer the phone or accept payments in person? It's crazy.
