If is me I don't even put a one start but is mandatory ... stay away from this store .. I bought two vaping (smok baby mag) super overpriced buy at that moment I didn't compare with eBay price or sonsomewh else when I bought It I realize I paid twice the regular price . Beside that , I don't know if they sell me a fake one or what but both of them didn't work . I was leaking all the time and Everytime I inhale I feel the liquid in my mouth. What an bad refund policy..if you don't like the product they refuse to give you the money back ...only store credit or they offer you to fix the vape .. honestly I can do whatever I want with my money but no at this store.. poor customer service and the manager is not gonna work with you at all ...he is only going to repeat what the policy states.. please do not go to that store .. there's a lot of competition in that market but they don't care about it
