The designers are so incredibly nice and knowledgeable, and their pieces are beautiful. Looking around was like a lesson in the history of metallurgy, with exquisite designs that I've never seen before in any shop. If you are anywhere near Chester, you owe it to yourself to stop by and take a look at this store.
I have a set of Henckels knives that are 20+ years old. I have tried to put a new edge on them with stones, rods, wheels, etc. Nothing worked that well; I wanted as close to a factory edge as possible, as I use these knives almost daily for food prep. I brought them into this shop for sharpening, and they are now like new. Same day service, at a very reasonable price. Brought about 15 knives to be sharpened. The owners were super friendly and took the time to share a few tips on maintaining an edge on the blade. Knives are super sharp! Had all my knives done within 24 hours. Grade A people and service!
