I have a set of Henckels knives that are 20+ years old. I have tried to put a new edge on them with stones, rods, wheels, etc. Nothing worked that well; I wanted as close to a factory edge as possible, as I use these knives almost daily for food prep. I brought them into this shop for sharpening, and they are now like new. Same day service, at a very reasonable price. Brought about 15 knives to be sharpened. The owners were super friendly and took the time to share a few tips on maintaining an edge on the blade. Knives are super sharp! Had all my knives done within 24 hours. Grade A people and service!

What am absolute gem of a store. The owners are extremely kind, the craftsmanship is top notch. I have passed this location for years, and never knew this store was there until I googles metal work. Do your self a favor, and take the few steps off main street to visit this gem of a store.
