I came in as a new patient expecting the usual procedures of x-rays, exam, and cleaning. Instead, I got just the x-ray and then a 30 min talk with the dentist going over oral health, but it was more of them explaining the difference between orthodontics and dentistry than any discussion around actual solutions for my teeth. While they checked my gums, teeth, and mouth, and I appreciate that, if I was paying to go to a class on dentistry, then the $125 payment would have made sense.
