I have ageing parents and a smoke alarm kept beeping every minute throughout the house. Dad and mom were very agitated and I was 2 hours away. I called Sayed and he dispatched Ali within the hour. This was on Victoria long weekend Monday around 9:30 PM. Ali showed up within the hour and corrected the issue. I would recommend Sayed and team all day. Great job!
Sayed was awesome to deal with did everything within the alloted time limit. He was good enough we even brought him back a second time.
If we could give more than 5 stars, we absolutely would. Sayed from Ecare Electrical Services and his partner Daniel were incredible from start to finish. We had a serious electrical emergency in the middle of winter on a Saturday night in February, and Sayed came out at 2:00 AM to assess the situation. By Sunday morning, they were back and worked tirelessly all day — replacing the electrical panel, installing the new tower outside, and restoring our power by around 5 PM.
