Today we purchased a beautiful vessel sink from Ed Racicot, which will be the focal point in our bathroom remodel. The artistry and craftsmanship are so professionally done...a stunning piece of pottery! We couldn’t be happier with this purchase. In addition, we bought a pop-up drain and Ed provided complete installation instructions for both the sink and drain. He is a really nice guy and a complete professional in his field, and we recommend him highly.
My design team and I worked with Ed on a project in Cape Cod. Not only were his sinks a complete work of art, he is a true professional! Ed went above and beyond to serve my team and I. He provided samples, quick pricing and knowledgeable installation instructions. At our installation, disaster struck and another vendor broke one of the art sinks!!! Ed stepped in and flawlessly Fed-ex'd a new one so that my client never knew that anything went wrong. HIGHLY RECOMMEND working with E.C . Racicot.
If I could give Ed 10 stars, I would. You just don't find customer service like this anymore. I am doing a remodel and wanted a vessel sink made from pottery. I found Ed's website and looked through his beautiful work. I contacted him to place an order. He was amazing. I am not good at this remodeling thing. I don't envision things well.
