They came out immediately when our roof was leaking water around our roof top swamp cooler after the heavy snow. They fixed the roof problem dried out the water damage in our attic. But here's what they didn't do; the ceiling inside my hallway had water damage as well as part of the top of the wall that meets the ceiling.
