I typically don't write negative reviews, but this situation warrants it. The GM's arrogant and appalling attitude is simply unacceptable. It's baffling how someone with such poor judgment and demeanor continues to hold this position. Perhaps those responsible for hiring and retaining her at E Madison should have their own judgment and qualifications re-evaluated as well.
This place used to be a 5 and it has gone down in the last couple of years. I’d rate it lower than 4 except that there’s a great manager? there now. If they know what they’re doing Rena will just be the general manager.
