DO NOT PARK HERE. Saturday EVENING at 6PM sharp your car will get locked in - right as you're in the middle of your dinner, movie, etc. No one will help you. No one will take responsibility or ownership. If this is a known issue, why is there a such serious lack of signage? Wouldn't that just be very a simple solution - saving people a lot of time, money, and worry?!? Oh and while your car is stuck, the app will still accept your payment for parking during those 38 hours though. Absolute trash.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. Worst parking garage ever lost all access to my car at 6:20 on a Saturday, plus no way of contacting anyone. I’m not gonna pay a fine, I’m taking them to court
This is by far the worst and most irresponsible security and parking lot I’ve ever encountered! At 6 PM on a Saturday, they locked the entire parking lot without any warning. Building management, property management, and security all claimed they had no access to the parking lot. Every single person just shrugged and said, “Sorry, we can’t help,” as if it wasn’t their responsibility at all. NO ONE offered any real assistance.
