Everything went smoothly with Doctor Pewitt. I have some observations about the pre-op registration desk, however. I am a physician and noticed yesterday and at my previous visit 1 year ago that patients are told they have a copay due at the time of service. Each person said that they had not been told of this earlier and each was rescheduled at a later date. My partner, also a physician, said that she noticed this last year.
