Very easy to work with. No matter if your a small business or working alone. They have always been transparent and ALWAYS expect warranty items with in reason. Ive had M12 Drill, planter, 1 m12 5.0 battery, 1 16in wide tape and a m18 sawzall exchanged/serviced. Turn around for tools were less than a month.
