An absolute joke. Kind enough to keep you on a leash, making you think they are actually helping, but definitely just yanking you around. Dropped off a measuring tape for replacement, they had to order one because it was out of stock. Months and numerous phone calls and promises of a call back later, it finally took me calling to ask if they had one in stock. Of course they do!
