My wife has MS resulting in strength and balance issues. I was going to purchase an electric trike online to save a few bucks. I am so glad I did not. I found EBikes of Long Island through a Google search. I spoke with them several times on the phone and in person before making my purchase. They were kind, patient, knowledgeable and helpful beyond what any customer could expect. Yes, I spent a little more, but what I have gotten in customer service is more than worth it.
