We came across E-Bike Express by accident when we were visiting from out of town and had a breakdown in Mohawk Park. We called E-Bike Express because it was the closest bike shop to us and talked with Ron over the phone. He was extremely helpful, answered our questions and helped us to figure out what we needed. He confirmed he had the parts required to get us back up and running and when we arrived at his shop, he not only fixed what was broken but also checked the rest of our bikes, tightened a few things and gave us peace... read more
