We had a great time riding their rental E-bikes up to the top of Hark Ridge. Still got a great workout and the bikes made it accessible for my girlfriend and me. Thanks Duluth e-bikes! Great folks:-)
Kept my bike for six weeks, charged me $400 for a repair they weren’t able to do. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a repair shop of any kind. I’m going to have to take it down to the Twin Cities for competent repair.
Great store with even better employees! My bike chain broke right in front of the store and Brad came out to see if I needed any help. He was able to fix my existing chain and got me back on the trail in 10 minutes!
