Thanks for helping me choose the right EBike for my needs. I went with the Aventon Long Rack cargo bike. The staff in Monrovia was very friendly. I appreciate that Eddie spent some time showing me how things work and setting up my account and settings. I would recommend this place for anybody on the market for an EBike.
The repair service was not helpful at all to me. In fact, my experience was the exact opposite of what many of the reviews claim. Unhelpful, unprofessional, and unorganized.
