I cannot say enough good about the guys who run the E Bike Cyclery, San Dimas location. Knowledgeable, helpful, no-pressure recommendations. Tito and Scott have helped me through making my online purchase a now functioning ebike. Like many of us, I tried to save money and purchased my off-brand ebike online. Scott at E bike Cyclery (San Dimas) is amazing! My daughter's rear tire got a flat. She has a smaller ebike size14 tire & generally it seems as if Scott usually works with the bigger ebikes the smallest he carried was a 16 but he went above and beyond for myself & my daughter & I ended up getting the right size for my daughter's bike online & I brought it to him & he fixed it in a timely manner & for a great price.
