This place is closed permanently. I drove a very long way to the showroom because Google said it was open and found that the business no longer exists. I found the number and they said they moved to tsawwassen a year ago and can’t seem to change the Google Maps entry.
My son purchased a Heybike Villain and absolutely loves it. The staff is super helpful and the bike was delivered quickly. I would highly recommend Alter Ego to anyone in the market for a new bike, great local company to deal with!

Really wish I'd read the reviews here prior to ordering. Five weeks since they took my money, and since then it's been nonsensical excuses, creating multiple tracking with multiple carriers, none got past LABEL CREATED step, i.e. they never gives any actual packages to the carrier to deliver. After 2 weeks, the carrier cancels the shipping label, and the process begins with a new carrier. Despicable, embarrassing service. Avoid at all costs.
Had a fantastic experience purchasing our Aventon Level 3 from this store. Chris was quick to respond to emails and inquiries and was also very knowledgeable on e-bikes. When picking up my bike from the store, Allison and Chris were on site and were both very helpful. They were both able to answer any questions I had regarding maintenance and servicing, as well as the different features on the level 3. Very glad that we chose to purchase an e-bike from this store.
