Terrible experience with this company. I urge you to read the other negative reviews. My whole process is identical to the other reviewers. No communication. I sent numerous emails. Chris said he will get back to me. And then no reply onwards. Ordered a bike rack. This business has no respect for their customers. After three weeks of waiting I asked for a refund, and guess what? No reply what so ever. I have sent in a dispute with the bank. And reported them to BBB to help others not have to go through this while in the dead... read more
Chris and Alan were so helpful in our purchase of an Aventon Abound cargo e-bike. They even assisted us in getting set up with all the accessories to haul our two kids on the back. The kids love it and the parents fight over it. It might be time to head back for our second bike to make the whole family happy!

My Fiance and I purchased the Envo ST50 and Envo D50. We absolutely love these bikes. The battery life and range has been impressive so far. There was a very small wait time for these to get delivered as the bikes are new and they had a lot in stock. Chris the owner, was an absolute pleasure to work with. The customer service was fantastic all the way from his knowledge of the bikes to personally delivering them assembled. Top notch service from great bikes to a great owner!!
