Have products in stock hard to find elsewhere
Couldn't be bothered to help out with answering a couple questions because they weren't making any money. Then wouldn't take back sealed in plastic in the original unopened box a set of Timken bearings cause they wouldn't be able to resell them with a guarantee
We needed a hard-to-find sleeve bearing that other local companies told us would take a week to get to us. E B Atmus sourced it and had it at my shop by 9 am the next morning. Can't get better service than that.
Very Rudd and unprofessional counter staff will never use them again... My business was a bother go some were else were they treat you lick a paying customer for service..
