I called them to book an appointment. They gave me a date quite far out, and when I accepted it, they told me they didn't actually want to take on my car. It would be better if they were upfront about that from the start, instead of stringing me along.
Couldn't recommend aaron and the boys enough! I've had some pretty average experiences with mechanics in the past, however these guys were great at communication and dependable. I took my car in for a general service, and they found that my radiator had split. They managed to fix it the same day and were also really helpful with the price, which I honestly appreciated so much. Especially with the holiday I had coming up, I wasn't expecting everything to be sorted so quickly, but they absolutely smashed it. Thank you again 🫶
Had some issues with fluid leakage from my car and Aaron was so quick and helpful looking at it for me with his team! They were very detailed and honest in explaining to me what was going on with it - 10/10 recommend ⭐️
We have bought a new car but the dealership couldn't provide mudflaps, so we had to buy on Amazon. Asked the dealership to fit but said no as we didn't buy from them. Directed us to various spots, but all said the same, but wouldn't fit for the same reason. We contacted Eauto, & Mike said no problem & fitted in 15mins. The reception area was immaculate, as well as the workshop. Customer service was fantastic. In future, we will have the new car serviced there as well as my 3yo Nissan. Highly recommend Eauto.
La peor experiencia, llevé mi coche por un service (240$), y me dijeron que tenía que cambiar el Drive belt, unas cuantas luces, y la suspensión delantera, por ello me cobraban 6000 dólares un timo y encima me lo querían cobrar por adelantado y por teléfono, menos mal que no tenía cobertura, ésta mañana lo llevé a otro mecánico, lo revisó por completo enseñándome cada parte, el Drive belt lo tenía nuevo, y así me habían dejado el filtro del aire al hacer el service, simplemente ahí tirado, ni siquiera dentro de la caja y sin... read more
