outstanding advice with humor, my question was can I drain my pool being 90° today. NO. and he explained Monday it will be cooling down do it then. very pleased with an answer over the phone.
Called them up for a 2nd opinion after starting a contract with another company and Arnold answered the call. He was not only willing to explain things from his perspective, but gave me peace of mind when moving forward with my current contractor - even when providing him the information re: my contractor, he said nothing but positive things (vs. trashing his competition). He had absolutely no skin in the game yet displayed a level of professionalism that was both unexpected and highly appreciated.
Very responsive. Provided a thorough inspection of the In-ground pool at the home we're purchasing including estimates for recommended repairs. Will definitely be using this company!
