Genuinely a very solid place. Estimates are usually roughly accurate and work gets done quickly. Employees communicate well and keep customers up to date on repairs. Any work must be pre-approved via an online portal and you can select which jobs you want done.
I just recently had my 2015 Nissan Murano at this shop to have a new transmission to be installed, and without fail, several other issues showed up due to the age of my vehicle. The turnaround from start to finish was amazing, the speed of the work done was awesome, and level of customer service proved is absolutely stunning!! I will from now on bring any of my vehicles to E and E, teuly a customer for life!!!
Called to get a quote. They claimed to not do phone quotes but that I could bring my car in. If your car needs to be towed, they don’t have any options.
It is hard to find a good, HONEST, mechanic. E&E Auto Services offers exactly that. They will get all of my auto repair business.
