Small's did a wonderful job assisting us with my father's funeral. Everyone I dealt with was compassionate and did everything they could to make things easier for us. Kali was helpful and attentive and made a very difficult time much easier.

If I could give negative stars, I would. The bosses, Nick and John, made a major mistake with my cat and didn’t clip the fur when they cremated him. They then lied about it and backpedaled, trying to gaslight me and getting smug like it’s a big joke when I called them about it. They have since then said they will be doing nothing about it. I recently brought my cat to them to be cremated. Before they took him I asked for scissors to cut his whiskers as it wasn’t something they offered and I wanted. On the website it advertises a certificate, a fur clipping, and ashes in a temporary container. I didn’t cut his fur as it was apart of the package. When I arrived the bag only held my cat’s temporary urn and the certificate.
