Putting patients health first. Don't insist someone have MRI if they have metal in their body! Don't try to bully someone into elective surgery thats not necessary if they have cancer. Tell patients all the options open to them for their condition. Tell them the risks of each option. Be transparent. Be honest. If someone asks if they have cancer. Be honest. Don't try to keep a patients records. The records belong to them, NOT you.

I was an EMT in NY & I know how various hospitals work and I wasn’t expecting anything different here. Wow was I wrong!! I was amazed at the level of compassion and dedication from the 4th floor staff. I wish I would have have the opportunity to thank them all. They took all the fear out of a scary situation. Plus I loved the get well soon card signed by my care team!! 💕to the RNs Shannon B & Timberly...

Pain brought me in and here I am leaving in pain still with stroke level blood pressure. Leg swollen from knee to toe. Malpractice an... read more
Thank you to the staff at Thomas Hospital ! Your compassion, consideration, and care was just what I needed to help me overcome anxiety about my procedure yesterday. Thank you one and all for being there with me. Please continue to take care of yourselves in this crazy time we are experiencing.
My wife and I just had our fist baby. His name is Caden Cowan. I doubt anyone will read this, but I just want to say... Thomas Hospital Maternity Ward nurses are TOP NOTCH! They were there for us through thick and thin, and helped us with EVERYTHING. I know it is their daily job, but it felt like they really and truly cared for us and Caden. I want to also say Jamie (lactation specialist) was phenomenal! If there was ever any question on where to go to have your baby, Thomas Hospital is a must! 10/10 experience! The heated b... read more
