Rude, unprofessional and poor workmanship. I honestly wish I could give Alex and his wife zero stars. Made a time for work to commence, and had other tradespeople and professionals organised around this work. He didn’t show up and didn’t respond to any communications. Then weeks later had the temerity to call and ask why he wasn’t being given other work. Unbelievable attitude and rudeness. Alex and his team recently restored our roof and we couldn’t be happier with the result- it looks amazing! We were impressed by his eye for detail and extensive knowledge. We felt as though he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and the team was punctual, polite and professional. We’ll definitely be recommending Alex to our friends and family.
Alex and Sonny recently restored our 20 year old house in Yamba to its original glory. It was a pleasure working with them and we are impressed with their punctuality and easy demeanour to work with…..highly recommended and trustworthy
