I stopped by the salon for a simple color change and was very disappointed by the way I was treated. Rather than speaking to me respectfully, the owner called out across the salon in front of other customers, telling me to come back at 4:00 or 5:00. I found the interaction unprofessional and embarrassing. I understand that businesses can be busy and that appointments may be preferred, but there is a respectful way to communicate that to customers. I have had great service from this establishment. Love Ken. He pays special attention to detail but he is fast. Prices are reasonable, and my nails always look great
I have coming to this for a while know and they are the best My go to person is Ken. He does and amazing job and never fails to provide exceptional service. He always takes his time not rushing to get you out. Highly recommended.
