Responded to our motorhome failing to start via our break down cover. Mechanic arrived in low loader (we hoped we would not be needing) within the hour. He was very friendly and started the engine with no fuss. Thank you.

We broke down on our first day of holidays, hundreds of miles from home, on a Sunday. E A Downes was the company agent sent as breakdown recovery. Graham was amazing, he went above and beyond to hunt us down in, literally, the middle of nowhere. He fixed our car on the spot and gave us further advice on our vehicle. We cannot thank him enough.

BEWARE BEWARE !!!!!! Stay clear of this garage . I had my car hear for loss of coolant . Told me that they had pressure tested it and drove it and couldant find a problem . It it was SAFE to drive . I paid them £180 . I am a home carer . so drove 65 miles next day . And checked the coolant and no coolant AGAIN drove to the garage and they said oh will do a head gasket check . Absolutely brilliant service. I had waited for the RAC for best part of a day. I resorted to local garage, they arrived within the hour. Fixed the problem straight away. I think the mechanic was called Greame. He was super helpful and a credit to the company.
