The staff here is extremely unprofessional and volatile. They violate medical privacy and use it against customers. Management has no control over its employees and by the looks of it, this is overwhelmingly common within this establishment. Steer clear of this place!
I recently visited this pharmacy and was appalled by the behavior of a female pharmacist who directed a racial slur at me during our interaction. Seeking resolution, I immediately reported the incident to the store’s management. Unfortunately, instead of addressing the issue, the manager dismissed my concerns and failed to take any corrective action.
