WestMed is an extremely frustrating practice to work with, leading me to switch practices in my third trimester. It is a huge practice-- expect to be treated like a number and be ready to fully manage your own medical care or risk falling through the cracks.
Did not inform her patient of hpv strain for 6 years, now her patient has stage 4 cancer. Was sued for millions. I don’t know how this woman still has a license.
When I say that I have never experienced such horrible medical care I mean it. This company makes no sense to me - their OB practice has a call center in Asia - this creates a very poor experience for pregnant moms looking for ease of access to medical care. She has always made time for me despite her very busy and full schedule. Dr. Carroll Is patient and compassionate. I could not be happier with the gynecologist and I've had enough of them over the years. I am 65.
