She always has always made time for me despite her very busy and full schedule. Dr. Carroll Is patient and compassionate. I could not be happier with the gynecologist and I've had enough of them over the years. I am 65.
Dr. Carroll does not listen to her patients or care about their fears - she bullies you into unnecessary procedures by threatening fetal death, is rushed at every appointment (every time I saw her I left with unanswered questions because she left the room as soon as the exam was over), and provides fear-based (not evidence-based) care. I was repeatedly told throughout my pregnancy (including by Dr. Carroll) that I could push in whatever position I wanted, as I had in my other deliveries. Dr. Carroll and the rest of the doctors/nurses at Summit Health are awesome. The calls to the customer service center is rather annoying but sending messages via patient portal kind of makes up for it. Dr. Carroll is very responsive, knowledgeable, and one of a kind despite being busy. She delivered my daughter and am confident I will have a similarly positive experience with my son very soon. Highly recommend her.
Terrible doctor. Could care less about her patients and their pregnancy. Don't go to her. Go to someone that will care about your pregnancy and health. DO NOT RECOMMEND HER AT ALL.
