She has always made time for me despite her very busy and full schedule. Dr. Carroll Is patient and compassionate. I could not be happier with the gynecologist and I've had enough of them over the years. I am 65.
Dr Carroll has been my doctor for the past 5 years, she has helped me through some difficult times, and gave me the most care. I am so lucky to have her as my doctor.
I was there in 2024. They could not diagnose my problem, which was a simple iron deficiency, so I had to go to another doctor. Since then, they have been sending me bills even though I had insurance. The reason they could not get the payment from the insurance was that the doctor did not diagnose my problem and coded it as an annual check-up (another doctor was able to diagnose it).I gave up on the insurance claim 1.5 years later and set up a monthly payment plan.
