I’ll start by saying I was skeptic about going to DZ. I was familiar with and have joined boot camps before. I met the owner Don over the phone. He asked a few questions, was not pushy (like others) and said come check us out. Needless to say in less than 3 months I’ve lost 15 pounds and I have definition, I’m stronger and healthier than I’ve been in a long time. Never in a million years would I have seen myself regularly working out. I’d just hit a point where my youngest was 6 months old and I was tired of feeling sluggish and run down all the time. DZ is a great place to get back into shape and increase your overall strength and energy levels. The owner and coach is such a great motivator. He provides different challenges each day to focus on various muscle groups so that you start to see the results after only a few classes. In addition, there are multiple classes each day that offer flexibility to accommodate your lifestyle. Definitely consider joining DZ over other commercial options!
