Horrible experience with this company. DO NOT USE THEM. First, I thought everything was good. I RECOMMENDED them (never again) which I have done for at lease 5 of my other customers. He called, got a quote on transport for a vehicle. I called them because the customer was not getting the answer for the pick up date he was looking for. When I called, I stated the vehicle was ready, they scheduled a "same day pick up" the dispatcher NINA stated the driver would call me "2 hours prior" to pick up so I have the vehicle ready.
