If i could give it zero stars I would over £1000 worth of scooters bought over 500 pound in repair WEAK FRAMES BATTERYS BMS CONSTANTLY GOES ASWELL AS FUSE HOLDER, honestly my advice avoid like the plague ! Only after your money !
My Husband has brought from this supplier twice and on both occasions has had problems, first time they sent him the incorrect Basket for his DYU electric scooter, second time he ordered two sets of replacement tyres and inner tubes and has only been sent one set, have tried contacting company by email, Facebook and telephone with no reply so again we have to put in a charge back from this company, my advice avoid at all costs
What a five star service we have received from DYU scooters. My son purchased a scooter around 4 months ago. 2 weeks ago it developed a charging problem so we contacted the shop. They arranged for the scooter to be collected the next day. A few days later the problem was sorted and it got shipped back to us. Long story short the courier lost the scooter and after DYU contacted them the scooter turned up 3 days later. The box was battered and the scooter wouldn't turn on.
