This was the best experience I’ve ever had. I was in and out in 20 minutes. My Dyson was cleaned and repaired. I highly recommend going here if you have a Dyson already or are in the need for one.
I brought in my Animal DC-17 vacuum cleaner that I bought at Kohl's 18 years ago, in which the roller had stopped rolling. Luckily, there was nothing wrong, except the belt needed replacing - a testament to the quality of the machine, which had never been serviced before. He replaced the belt & blew out the machine with compressed air (to clean out areas I can't get to) all in about 20 minutes. Dominic was an exceptional person and he handled everything very professional by explaining what the issue was with my vacuum and got it fixed quickly/swiftly.
Very seamless experience. We didn’t have the vacuum registered and had a broken brushbar. They fixed everything and cleaned out the vacuum free of charge and I was out the door within 10 min. Dominic explained everything very well. Will definitely come back if any further issues come up.
