Went in on 3/5/26 for service on my Dyson hairdryer. The service tech. (did not get his name) was friendly and very informative. He was able to perform the repair while I waited, and it was all covered under warranty. Very happy and have already referred a friend for a Dyson vacuum. Thank you!
I had a fantastic experience here! The staff was friendly, upbeat, and ready to help. Their service was swift (took maybe 5 minutes) and they explained everything clearly and patiently. I also didn't feel judged for damaging my vacuum, which made the whole process stress free. If I ever need my Dyson serviced again, I’ll bring them some donuts as a thank you!
If you own a Dyson or if you’d like to own one, this is your store! Brought my old vacuum in, and they were able to identify all the issues with it in just a couple minutes. Ended up purchasing a ‘refurbished’ vacuum as well, at a great price and I can’t tell the difference between this and a brand new one, so clean. Small waiting area, but very quick service. These guys do a great job.
