The staff at Dyson Service Center are great. When having to get an appliance fixed it is usually done in a few days. Always friendly, knowledgeable, and have replacement items in stock.
I called to order a part for my Dyson DS40. The part has been exceedingly difficult to find. But, this Dyson service center found the part I needed, and shipped it out the same day. The customer service rep was kind, competent, and helpful.
Absolutely exceptional/first rate service. I walked into there with my Dyson cordless vacuum in a state of repair that I would never have expected them to be able to take care of in less than 15 minutes, and didn’t even charge me. You just made a Dyson buyer for life.
