Extremely disappointed! I’m extremely disappointed with this clinic. I booked my appointment through their app, which clearly stated that I had to wait for confirmation before attending. However, now they are charging me a fee for an appointment that was never confirmed. When I spoke with the receptionist, she said that if you schedule less than 24 hours in advance, the system doesn’t process confirmations — yet they still expect you to pay a fee for their own system’s failure. Doctor Patrick Kanyi is an Incredible doctor, very professional, very attentive, understanding and looks into everything thoroughly! Friendly and inviting environment, and easy to get an appointment which is very important when you have sick kids and need a doctor urgently
Dr Patrick is easy to get on with, I've always had a good experience here.
